High on the Hog BBQ
n 2005 my friend and I built a 6 foot smoker on wheels for my daughter Casey's graduation party. The BBQ was a hit so we decided to start catering small parties, smoker in tow. The BBQ became a passion and people began to recognize our food for its flavor and quality. We continued catering parties for 6 years before deciding to venture out into the public and start vending. Before too long we graduated from the 10 x 10 easy up and tow-behind smoker to our very own, custom, barbecue on wheels. We have been doing events and catering ever since and we learn more at each event.
